By agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of our Website and this Policy, you agree that we may charge you for sales and/or excise tax (if applicable) in your jurisdiction when you make a purchase with us.

We are in compliance with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, and only market and sell products that are extracted from industrial hemp, with THC level of no more than 0.3%, making our products legal to ship in all 50 U.S. States. However, it is up to a consumer to determine whether accessing this site and purchasing our products are legal at their current location. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, we take and process orders to United States’ addresses only. All orders will be fulfilled and dispatched from our facility within 24 hours of purchase (exclude weekends and holidays). To avoid any delays, always double check your shipping and billing information before you click the Check-Out button. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipment may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in your order, we will notify you via a registered email that you use to check out.

Depending on the order volume, your order may or may not be subject to domestic shipping charges, that will be calculated at check-out. Please review the table below for details:

* Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may require 15 additional business days to reach the final destination.

* Delays in delivery can occasionally occur due to unexpected weather conditions and/or other factors that could affect shipping carrier’s process.

Shipment Confirmation and Tracking

Once we finish reviewing your billing information and ship your order to a designated address, you will be notified via email with a Shipment Confirmation, this confirmation will also contain your tracking number, that you can use to track via the shipping’s carrier website.
