Cancel an Order
To cancel an order, please email Info@EZlief.com as soon as possible (within 24 hours of purchase). If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you, less any shipping and handling charges. All item(s) must be returned in the same packaging, unopened, and in the original condition.
You may return item(s) that are unsatisfactory within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you receive it. Please note some items in our Sale or Discount sections may not be eligible for a return or refund; if the item(s) cannot be returned, it will say “Ineligible for Return/Refund”.
Once we receive your item(s), we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s), whether we approve or reject your refund. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original form of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 business days – this may be subject to change depending on your card issuer’s policies and other conditions. In many cases, this period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive the package (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We will pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our errors (incorrect or defective items). If you believe your package was damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of package arrival and send a photo of the original packaging (including the box in which the order was shipped in), so we can work with you quickly to resolve and issue a replacement. You will be responsible for shipping charges to us for non-defective returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund amount.

We will respond quickly with instructions and a return label to initiate the process.
